Shipping and Handling

Tuk Tea is open and safely shipping your packages 7 days a week. Please note that while orders normally ship in 1-2 business days, due to changes to comply with social distancing your order may require up to 5-7 business days to ship. The safety of our staff and our customers is of our utmost importance, thank you for the extra patience.

Currently we are experiencing fluctuations when it comes to shipping. All carriers are not delivering to expectations, and this directly affects us. Unfortunately, when incoming products don't arrive or shipments don't get picked up, these events are beyond our control. Please know we are trying our best given the circumstances,

We ship domestically via USPS first class or priority mail. Internationally via USPS priority mail, determined by weight and destination.

What if my shipment hasn't arrive?

We recommend contacting the carrier, USPS who can trace your package more accurately. Many times misdelivered packages show up within 72 hours. Reach out to customer support if you require further assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

All on-line refund requests must go through on-line customer support. Please do not return on-line purchases at our mobile tea cart. We will accept most returns within 30 days of purchase. See details below:

Tea

We will accept returns on tea that have not been opened. We recommend purchasing 1 ounce samples before ordering larger sizes. If you believe the tea has quality issues, please do not throw away the tea and reach out to customer service as soon as possible.

 

Products (Tumblers, glassware and accessories)

Please report damaged shipments immediately including a picture.  Otherwise, all products must be in original condition and in the original packaging. Due to the fragile nature of glass, we cannot warranty glass products that have been used. If you believe the product to be defective, please reach out to customer service for resolution.

 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping for items purchased in error or have changed their mind.
