Tuk Tea is open and safely shipping your packages 7 days a week. Please note that while orders normally ship in 1-2 business days, due to changes to comply with social distancing your order may require up to 5-7 business days to ship. The safety of our staff and our customers is of our utmost importance, thank you for the extra patience. Currently we are experiencing fluctuations when it comes to shipping. All carriers are not delivering to expectations, and this directly affects us. Unfortunately, when incoming products don't arrive or shipments don't get picked up, these events are beyond our control. Please know we are trying our best given the circumstances, We ship domestically via USPS first class or priority mail. Internationally via USPS priority mail, determined by weight and destination.
